Agreement to Terms

By requesting services, scheduling an appointment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services Provided

907 Lawn & Landscaping offers services including but not limited to:

  • Residential & Commercial Lawn Care

  • Landscaping Services

  • Snow Removal & Ice Management

  • Property Maintenance

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and site inspection.

Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates only and may change based on actual site conditions

  • Pricing may vary due to:

    • Property size discrepancies

    • Obstacles, debris, or hazardous conditions

    • Additional labor or materials required

Scheduling & Service Access

  • Clients must provide clear and safe access to the property at scheduled service times

  • This includes:

  • Unlocking gates

  • Securing pets

  • Removing obstacles (vehicles, equipment, etc.)

  • Missed appointments due to lack of access may result in a service fee

Weather Policy

  • Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. We prioritize safety and quality of work.

Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

  • We accept [cash, card, invoice, etc.]

  • Late payments may be subject to:

  • Late fees

  • Suspension of ongoing services

Recurring Services

  • For recurring lawn maintenance or snow removal:

  • Services will continue on a scheduled basis unless canceled

  • Clients must provide advance notice (e.g., 48 hours) to pause or cancel services

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been completed

Property Damage & Liability

  • We take care to avoid damage; however:

  • We are not responsible for damage to unmarked sprinkler systems, hidden wiring, or underground utilities

  • Clients must notify us of any hidden hazards prior to service

  • Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service

Snow Removal Disclaimer

  • Snow and ice conditions can be unpredictable

  • While we aim to reduce hazards, we do not guarantee completely slip-free surfaces

  • 907 Lawn & Landscaping is not liable for injuries due to weather conditions

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24–48 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.

Updates to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
